1. Information we process
When you send an enquiry, the Studio may receive your name, company name, email address, telephone number, postcode, service of interest and the content of your message. Browsing may also generate technical information such as an IP address, browser type and security logs maintained by the hosting service.
The website form does not transmit or store what you enter: it prepares an email that you can review and send from your own email application directly to the Studio's address. Your message is also handled by your own email provider, under its terms.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to answer enquiries, consider requested professional work, manage communications and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on steps requested before entering a professional engagement, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, the Studio's legitimate interest in managing and protecting its communications. Information is not used for marketing without separate permission.
3. Providing information
Providing information is optional. Fields marked as required are necessary for the Studio to answer your enquiry; without them, the Studio may be unable to contact you.
4. Recipients and technical providers
Information may be accessed by Sandra Cocconcelli, authorised Studio personnel and technical providers used for the Studio's hosting, security and email, only as necessary for their respective work. Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made using safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and ordinarily for no longer than 12 months after the last relevant communication. A different period may apply if a professional relationship begins or the law requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Google Maps and site technologies
The website embeds Google Maps to show the Studio's location. When the map loads, Google may receive technical information about the device and connection and process it under its own privacy policy. The Studio does not use the website for advertising cookies or profiling.
8. Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect technical, organisational or legal changes. The version published on this page is the applicable version.
